Nonno Nanni Robiola dip and vegetables
Ingredients (serves 4)
- generous amount of paprika
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 80 g Nonno Nanni Robiola
- 1 teaspoon capers
Method
Chop the capers finely and mix with the Nonno Nanni Robiola,
mayonnaise and milk. Then place a bowl in the middle of a plate, pour the mixture
in and sprinkle with paprika. Cut your chosen vegetables (peppers, carrots, celery…)
into sticks and arrange them all around the bowl, ready for dipping in the creamy
dip.
