Toasted bread with Nonno Nanni Stracchino Probiotico
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 8 slices of baguette
- a clove of garlic
- 100 g Nonno Nanni Stracchino Probiotico
- 100 g ham
- 4 eggs
- 30 g butter
- salt and pepper to taste.
Method
Toast the bread on both sides, rub with the garlic and spread thinly with butter. Sauté the strips of ham in a non-stick pan, then add the beaten eggs, Nonno Nanni Stracchino Probiotico, salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes then spoon onto the toasted bread. Serve immediately while still hot.
