Creamy pennette with Nonno Nanni Stracchino

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 320 g pennette
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 3 eggs, 250 g Nonno Nanni Stracchino
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 40 g flour
  • salt and nutmeg to taste.

Method

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil, add pennette and cook until al dente. Drain pasta and leave to cool. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Mix together cream, eggs and Nonno Nanni Stracchino, flour, adding salt and nutmeg to taste. Put pennette into an oiled oven dish, add the creamy mixture, sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and bake for around 30 minutes until golden brown.
