Simple rigatoni pasta with Nonno Nanni Robiola
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 320 g rigatoni
- 200 g Nonno Nanni Robiola
- 80 g Parmesan
- olive oil
- a few cherry tomatoes
- half a small onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
Sauté the finely chopped onion in a pan, add the chopped tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste; cook for a few minutes. Cook the rigatoni in boiling salted water. In the meantime, stir Nonno Nanni Robiola and grated Parmesan in a serving dish. Drain the pasta and pour into the dish, adding the tomato sauce and mixing gently together. Serve immediately.
