Semifreddo with Ricotta Nonno Nanni
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 250 g Nonno Nanni Ricotta
- 125 g sugar
- 50 g butter
- salt
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 sachet vanillin
- 20 g mixed peel
- walnutsl
Method
Cream together butter, sugar, vanillin and a pinch of salt. Stir in ricotta and cocoa powder. Spoon into small glass dishes, decorated with mixed peels and chopped walnuts. Chill before serving.
