Cherry tomatoes with Nonno Nanni Cow's-milk Caprino
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 12 small round cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 160 g Nonno Nanni Cow's-milk Caprino
- 2 tablespoons cream
- few leaves of lettuce
- salt and pepper
Method
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and scoop a bit of flesh out.
Then arrange on plates on top of a few leaves of lettuce. Mix the Nonno Nanni
Cow's-milk Caprino with the parmesan, cream, salt and pepper until creamy then,
using a pastry bag with a serrated nozzle, squeeze a bit of filling into each
tomato half and serve.
