Colourful cold pasta with Nonno Nanni Squaquerello
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 300 g farfalle (butterfly) pasta
- 10 Pachino cherry tomatoes
- sweetcorn
- 6 small frankfurters
- 1 tin of tuna
- 100 g Nonno Nanni Squaquerello
- oil, salt, garlic, basil
Method
Cut the cherry tomatoes, frankfurters and Stracchino into pieces
in a bowl and add the drained sweetcorn, tuna, oil, salt, basil and the finely
chopped garlic (the garlic is optional). Cook the pasta until it is al dente and
strain without adding cold water. Then add the pasta to the mixture in the bowl
so that the Nonno Nanni Squaquerello melts, and mix it all in thoroughly. Allow
to cool and the pasta's ready.
