Nastrini pasta with Nonno Nanni Stracchino with Probiotic enzyme
and Red Chicory
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 320 g pasta like nastrini (of the strand variety)
- 200 g Nonno Nanni Stracchino with Probiotic Enzyme
- 1 small red onion
- 2 heads of Treviso chicory
- a little olive oil
- salt
Method
Bring some salted water to the boil and cook the pasta. In the
meantime, cook the chopped onion in a little oil, add the finely cut chicory and
allow to stew for a few minutes. As soon as the pasta is ready to be strained,
add the Nonno Nanni Stracchino with Probiotic Enzyme to the chicory sauce, allow
it to melt a little, then add the pasta and stir-fry until the Stracchino has
melted completely. Serve hot.
