Salad with Rocket-flavoured Fresco cheese
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 300 g Nonno Nanni Rocket-flavoured Fresco cheese
- 1 head of loose-leaf lettuce
- 100 g cornsalad
- few tufts of wild fennel
- few walnut kernels
- extra virgin olive oil
- teaspoon flavoured vinegar
- sea salt
Method
Prepare a vinaigrette with oil, vinegar and salt. Wash and dry
the lettuce and salad. Arrange on individual plates. Dice the cheese and sprinkle
over the salad. Lastly, arrange a few walnut kernels on each plate. Drizzle with
the vinaigrette you've made.
