Radicchio and Nonno Nanni Golosetta tart
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 packet ready-made flaky pastry
- 2 bunches of radicchio
- 1 scallion, extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ stock cube
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
Wash and chop the radicchio roughly. Sauté the thinly sliced scallion, add the radicchio, stock cube and a cup of water. Continue cooking for 5 minutes (without lid) and add salt and pepper to taste. Roll out pastry on an oven dish and sprinkle with the radicchio mixture (after leaving to cool), and Golosetta cheese cubes; bake in preheated oven (180°C) for 20-25 minutes.
