Fusilli with Nonno Nanni Golosetta and Verona chicory
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 320 g Fusilli (pasta twists)
- 100 g diced uncooked pancetta affumicata (or smoked bacon)
- 100 g diced Golosetta
- 400 g Verona chicory
- extra virgin olive oil and salt as required
Method
In a large non-stick frying pan, lightly fry the diced pancetta
in a little extra virgin olive oil. Cut the chicory into thin slices, add it to
the pancetta and stew very slowly with the lid on. Cook the pasta until it is
al dente and stir-fry it in the frying pan, adding the parsley and diced Nonno
Nanni Golosetta to add that little bit of extra flavour to your dish.
