Appetising toasts with Favola di Latte
Ingredients for 4:
- 8 medium size slices of homemade bread, wholemeal if you wish
- 1 pack of Favola di Latte cheese, pore mushrooms in oil
- 100 g of finely sliced speck
- A few leaves of fresh parsley to garnish.
Lightly toast the bread and spread it with a good layer of Favola di Latte.
Drain the pore mushrooms of their oil and place them on top.
Prepare a serving dish with the slices of speck in the centre surrounded by the toasts, garnish with the fresh parsley leaves
