Nonno Nanni Mascarpone Cup
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 200 g Nonno Nanni Mascarpone
- 2 eggs
- sugar
- cognac or rum
- sponge fingers
- glacier cherries
Method
Work the Nonno Nanni Mascarpone with the egg yolks and sugar
and add the liqueur of your choice. Whip the egg whites into peaks, mix in the
other ingredients and place the mixture in cups with the sponge fingers soaked
in liqueur arranged in the bottom of each. Garnish with glacier cherries and keep
in the fridge until it's time to serve.
