Speck and Nonno Nanni Caprino rolls
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 8 slices of Speck
- 2 packets of Nonno Nanni Caprino
- 10 green olives chopped
- 50 g chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
Method
Mix together Caprino cheese with the chopped olives in a small bowl. Place a tablespoon of the creamy mixture on each slice of Speck and roll up. Place the rolls on a serving plate, sprinkle with the pistachios and drizzle with Balsamic vinegar.
