Tuna puffs and Nonno Nanni Stracchino
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 large puff shells or 8 small ones
- 1 x 180g tin of tuna
- 180 g Nonno Nanni Stracchino
- mayonnaise
- onion
Method
Put ¼ of the onion in a mixer and blend at top speed
for a few seconds. Add the tuna and Nonno Nanni Stracchino and blend for another
minute. Add about 7 tablespoons of mayonnaise and blend for another minute.
Fill the puff shells with the aid of a pastry bag, or cut the top off the shells
and fill them with a teaspoon.
