Softness at spoon
A dessert cheese with a creamy, velvety texture. Excellent on its own or with "mostarda" (a fruit mustard made from whole fruit in a sugar syrup flavoured with mustard oil), it is an ideal ingredient to make soft desserts, especially tiramisł.
