techniques, the firm is committed to constantly meeting growing production demands,
teaming careful milk processing (to ensure all the milk's nutritional properties
remain intact) with the use of modern production technology.

The raw materials
To keep quality levels high, only scrupulously selected raw
materials make it to the production stage. They are processed using a pasteurizing
system that meets European standards and features the most reliable health protection
systems - a reliable, hi-tech processing system in an EEC-standard production
flow.
Our commitment has received the seal of approval from independent certification
bodies who have attested to our pursuit of voluntary certification with:

- Foreign BRC_IFS CERTIFICATION for retailer branded products

Moreover, Latteria Montello produces in harmony with nature,
well aware that it has responsibilities towards the environment, too. This is
why we are committed to compliance with the directives laid down so we can keep
up 14001 ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATION, achieved in 2004.
